For candidates hired in the United States, the expected salary/On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role is $178,000 - $280,000/year. This salary/OTE range represents the national low and high end of the salary or OTE (Revenue Operations Leadership roles) range for this position and is subject to change at any time.
To determine an Enablees starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. This position may also be considered a promotional opportunity.

Job Summary

Enable is looking to accelerate our organic growth and to maximize our market share. We are looking for a dynamic professional to drive our M&A activity and support our strategic goals. You will be a critical member of the Field Operations team, and you’ll be required to coordinate efforts of cross-functional teams, outside advisors, Enable C-suite and Enable Board of Directors to guide and manage our the process for Enable M&A target evaluation, negotiation, due diligence, transaction, and post-merger integration.   • Review and summarize historical financial results for each potential deal target and evaluate targets based on their market presence, capabilities, and compatibility with our solution
  • Develop potential deal structure options and support negotiations with target companies to achieve favorable terms and conditions
  • Lead cross-functional Due Diligence efforts of team members across Finance, People, Product and Engineering, IT and Revenue / Customer Success teams
  • Prepare transaction closing statements and coordinate funding with CFO and Finance Team
  • Project manage the M&A execution, from signing the initial Letter of Intent (LOI) through Closing and PMI (Post-Merger-Integration) completion
  • Work with both Enable and M&A target leadership teams to ensure successful integration of newly acquired entities and business goal attainment, within agreed upon timelines
  • Lead reporting efforts on M&A transactions for internal and external stakeholders
What we are asking you to bring!
  • Bachelor’s in Business or related field is required. MBA or CPA is a strong plus.
  • 6+ years of experience in Finance, M&A, Private Equity/Investment Banking or Transactional Advisory work
  • Robust and demonstrated project management capabilities.
  • Strong Conceptual, Critical thinking and Analytical Skills
  • Proficient multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Experience working with high growth, pre-IPO SaaS companies is a strong plus
  • Public accounting firm audit/advisory experience is a plus
