Who You Are:

The Product Owner takes the lead in defining and driving the development of our innovative software products. The Product Owner works closely with the Product Manager and the cross-functional teams to translate customer needs and market insights into product requirements and priorities, ensuring that our products deliver maximum value to our customers while aligning with our strategic objectives

What You Will Do:

• Partnered with the Product Manager, collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and UX/UI design, to define, prioritize, and refine product requirements.
• Create and maintain product backlog, ensuring that user stories and acceptance criteria are clear, concise, and aligned with business objectives
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to provide guidance and feedback to the development team and ensure the successful execution of product development initiatives
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, communicating product vision, updates, and progress throughout the development lifecycle
• Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features
• Continuously assess and prioritize product enhancements and features, balancing short-term and long-term objectives
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
• Perform any other duties needed to help drive our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Values

What You Will Need:

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working with Scrum or similar frameworks
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
• Proficiency in project management tools, such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
• A proven track record of successfully driving software product development from ideation to release.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Customer-focused, always seeking to understand the needs of end-users and striving to create products that deliver value and exceed expectations
• Proactive and solution-oriented, constantly seeking opportunities for improvement and driving the evolution of our products
• Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to comprehend complex software systems and communicate requirements to development teams

• Experience in the automotive industry or with dealership management systems is a strong plus
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification is a plus

Education and Experience:

• A bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• A minimum of 2 year of experience in product ownership or product management or a related role, with a focus on software product development

Physical Requirements:

• 
  Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
