Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of digital advertising, particularly in Google Ads, Yahoo/Bing, and Facebook Meta. The candidate should have a proven track record of successful SEM campaigns, with specific experience working with clients in the Legal and Automotive industries. The SEM Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid search campaigns, ensuring effective budget allocation, and maximizing ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Yahoo/Bing, and Facebook Meta.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and continuous A/B testing for campaign improvement.
  • Monitor and adjust bidding strategies to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Client Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with clients in the Legal and Automotive sectors to understand their business goals and develop tailored SEM strategies.
  • Provide regular updates, performance reports, and recommendations to clients to ensure alignment with their objectives.
  • Platform Expertise:
  • Demonstrate proficiency in managing campaigns on Google Ads, Yahoo/Bing, and Facebook Meta.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and new features to ensure optimal campaign performance.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, content creators, and web developers, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all SEM campaigns.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data to enhance future campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing SEM campaigns with a focus on Google Ads, Yahoo/Bing, and Facebook Meta.
  • Experience working with clients in the Legal and Automotive industries.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data to drive optimization strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
