Description & Requirements

The Recruiter will deliver strategic and tactical recruiting to the assigned business organization. You will partner with hiring leaders to deliver full lifecycle recruiting from identifying the job requirements, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage the offer process.

What you will be doing:

• Edit job descriptions and convert to job adverts. Post jobs on job boards, internal ATS, and social media sites.
• Source and screen candidates using internet resources, including LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking system, job boards, employee referrals, career fairs, networking, and direct contact.
• Coordinate virtual and on-site interviews for the candidates and hiring team.
• Advocate for candidates during the selection process. Follow up on offer approvals and present offers while navigating negotiation requests.
• Collect and present candidate and hiring team feedback throughout the hiring process while documenting the communication in ATS.
• Become a Talent Partner by supporting specific Epicor business verticals as well as collaborating with hiring managers on overall hiring process.
• Communicate and coordinate with HR COEs and other stakeholders involved in the hiring process.
• Provide guidance and market insights to hiring teams to influence hiring decisions.
• Partner with other Talent Acquisition Team members when additional recruiting support is needed.
• Complete assigned training and development modules while continuing to shadow tenured recruiters.
• Provide a high-quality experience to candidates and hiring teams.

What you will likely bring:

• Prior experience working in a staffing agency environment preferred
• Ability to consult and partner with internal business stakeholders
• Prior experience screening & interviewing
• Ability to identify recruitment challenges and request guidance
• Ability to negotiate and close offers
• Ability to pivot and adapt in a changing environment
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and using a Boolean search is preferred
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills required

• Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
