Job Title: Generative AI (Artificial Intelligence) Business Analyst

We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at the forefront of generative AI applications in the life sciences industry. You will play a pivotal role in translating business needs into practical AI solutions, driving innovation, and delivering tangible value to our organization.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to identify and understand business challenges and opportunities where generative AI can provide solutions.
• Gather and document detailed requirements for generative AI projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Work closely with data scientists and AI engineers to bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities.
• Design and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for generative AI applications, ensuring they meet user expectations and deliver desired outcomes.
• Analyze and interpret UAT results, providing feedback to refine and improve generative AI models.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI and evaluate their potential applications within the life sciences industry.
• Document and share best practices for implementing and utilizing generative AI within the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong track record of success in delivering impactful projects.
• Solid understanding of the life sciences industry and its specific challenges and opportunities
• In-depth knowledge of generative AI concepts, including natural language processing, text generation, and image synthesis
• Experience with collecting and gathering requirements for AI projects and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Pay: $58.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
