About the Job:

LaunchDarkly is seeking a Revenue Enablement Program Manager focused on onboarding and everboarding to join our dynamic Revenue Enablement team. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Enablement within the Revenue Operations, Strategy & Enablement team, this pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for execution. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of enablement expertise, sales and/or marketing experience, technological acumen, program management skills, coaching abilities as well as strong facilitation and training delivery skills. Collaborating closely with various revenue and cross-functional stakeholders, the Revenue Enablement Program Manager will contribute to shaping a world-class revenue onboarding and everboarding program. Responsible for designing, delivering, and optimizing training, certification, and performance improvement initiatives, this role plays a critical part in supporting our global GTM teams and ensuring the Enablement team meets the evolving needs of our business. Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive global onboarding program to expedite ramp time for new hires.
  • Strategically manage ongoing training initiatives through global everboarding program, including knowledge transfer and practice sessions, to continuously improve sales productivity.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of a centralized repository of learning resources tailored for onboarding and everboarding purposes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for enablement program enhancements.
  • Conduct regular needs assessments and skills gap analyses to inform the content and structure of global training and enablement programs.
  • Implement role-specific program initiatives to address the unique needs of different teams and individuals.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness through key performance metrics and indicators.
  • Facilitate cross-segment onboarding training sessions to ensure consistent knowledge transfer across the organization.
  • Establish clear objectives and key results for onboarding and everboarding programs, ensuring alignment with sales goals to maximize potential and attainment.
  • Monitor and report on the success and impact of onboarding and everboarding initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement of onboarding and everboarding programs based on feedback and performance data.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in SaaS organization managing end-to-end enablement programs.
  • Proficiency in GTM processes, qualification frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC), and sales methodologies (e.g., Command of the Message).
  • Strong background in curriculum development, training, and delivery.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, CMS, LMS, and Call Recording tools.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Hands-on expertise in developing and reporting metrics and KPIs for business goals.
  • Previous roles in sales, marketing, customer success, or sales operations.
  • Skilled in process improvement and change management.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Competent in delivering engaging online or classroom training.
  • Proficient in designing interactive training content across various modalities.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and programs.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Showpad, Highspot, Seismic) and learning management systems (e.g., BrainShark, MindTickle, SkillJar, Workramp).

Pay:

Target pay ranges based on Geographic Zones* for Level P4:

  • Zone 1: San Francisco/Bay Area or New York City Metropolitan Area: $138,000 - $162,000** *On Target Earnings (OTE) includes base pay and commission*

  • Zone 2: Boston, DC, Irvine, LA, Monterey, Santa Barbara, Santa Rosa, Seattle: $124,000 - $146,000** *On Target Earnings (OTE) includes base pay and commission*

  • Zone 3: All other US locations: $117,000 - $138,000** *On Target Earnings (OTE) includes base pay and commission*

LaunchDarkly operates from a place of high trust and transparency; we are happy to state the pay range for our open roles to best align with your needs. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

  • Within the United States, our geographic pay zones are defined by counties surrounding major metropolitan areas.
