YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As a new Maintenance Dispatcher and Coordinator with our property management company, your primary responsibility is to efficiently handle and prioritize maintenance requests from our tenants and property owners. Your day begins by reviewing and organizing the work orders and determining the urgency and priority of each request. With your excellent organizational skills, you dispatch the appropriate maintenance technicians promptly, ensuring that they have all the necessary details to address the issue at hand. Throughout the day, you are the main point of contact for our tenants, providing exceptional customer service as you answer their questions and address any concerns they may have. Youre also responsible for keeping our tenants informed about the status of their maintenance requests and coordinating with them to schedule convenient repair times. Collaboration is a crucial part of your role as you work closely with our property managers and maintenance team.
