The Role:

Under the supervision of the Director of Product Management, the Product Pricing Analyst’s responsibility is to collect, analyze, and report on pricing to increase sales productivity and profitability. The Product Pricing Analyst will work closely with sales, product management, finance, and business development teams to create and distribute reports.

The Pricing Analyst will also facilitate market pricing assessment, tracking competitors, sales discounts, and other metrics, enabling strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with our Sales, Product Management, and Strategy teams to develop and distribute custom and standardized reports.
• Partner with Sales/Marketing, Product Management, Strategy, and Finance to position product portfolio, establish pricing programs relative to the other market players, and align with product/sales strategy and revenue recognition requirements.
• Lead and own the monthly reporting on ETS effective price increases and other strategic KPIs.
• Facilitate market pricing assessment, gathering competitor and other market data to enable strategic decision-making.
• Collect, analyze, evaluate, and report historical pricing data on the organization and competitors.
• Manage annual price increase activities, including updating the ERP system and price catalogs.
• Assess, evaluate, and consider pricing structures and price points across the entire product and services portfolio for new packages and offerings.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of products and competitive factors while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.

• At least 5+ years of experience in product pricing, business development, market research & analysis, business strategy, or competitive intelligence.
• A bachelors degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or marketing is preferred.
• Project management skills with sales/marketing experience are preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex data to internal and external customer groups clearly and concisely.
• Demonstrated experience in pricing strategy, thinking critically, and communicating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and MS Dynamics ERP.
