Lone Wolf is seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Technical Engagement Manager to join our Customer Success TEM team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Tech Engagement, this role will focus on driving customer engagement, adoption campaigns, digital transformation initiatives, and project management. The Technical Engagement Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of strategies with company objectives and to optimize customer experience in our products. The successful candidate will blend data analytics, marketing, project management, and customer success principles to drive value for our customers. The goal is not just retention and growth—its about thinking like the customer—understanding their goals and consistently delivering value. We are seeking a problem solver and inspiring digital transformation leader—someone creative enough to design compelling programs that will scale, with management and organizational change management skills to put those programs into effect, and with business and operational savvy to bring together and report on efficiency and effectiveness. You will be responsible for outcome driven engagements determined by customer needs, helping us achieve our Customer Success mission of accelerating value for our customers.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Ability to review and interpret data to derive strategic insights and make recommendations for improving customer engagement and product adoption.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline strategies, align objectives, and optimize workflows based on data-driven insights.
  • Develop and execute engaging customer interactions through technology platforms, ensuring maximum adoption and utilization of our products.
  • Create compelling content to drive customer product usage and adoption, leveraging insights from data analysis.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experiences and operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to optimize customer engagement and success.
  • Lead and manage campaigns from initiation to completion, coordinating cross-functionally to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer trends, pain points, and opportunities.
  • Document processes and outcomes to track progress and drive continuous improvement.
WHAT DO YOU NEED:
  • EDUCATION: BA/BS Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
  • EXPERIENCE: 3+ years working in a Customer Success/Operations role
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer focused role with a focus on project management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data to drive decisions and updates
  • Experience with technology engagement at scale and integrating new product lines into customer workflows
  • Experience working in the real estate industry highly preferred
  • Eagerness to refine processes and make a significant impact on the team and customers
  • Documented experience understanding and influencing complex environments inside of customer organizations
