Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Recruiter to join our team. The Contract Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for connecting with candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source candidates.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates skills, qualifications, and fit for the organization.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is ideal. Or a combination of education plus 5+ years of experience will be considered.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
