Vice President of Partnerships

Position Summary:

The Vice President of Partnerships will play a pivotal role in driving AXSYS Capitals growth and expansion by identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships across the industry. This executive position is responsible for building a new book of business and creating a robust partnership ecosystem that aligns with our strategic goals, enhances our market position, and contributes to our mission of delivering unparalleled value to our investors and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive partnership strategy that supports the companys objectives and growth targets.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partnership opportunities in the property investment sector and related industries.
• Negotiate and close strategic partnership deals that contribute to revenue growth and market expansion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations, to ensure successful partnership integration and execution.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and industry leaders to ensure long-term success and mutual benefit.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt partnership strategies accordingly.
• Provide strategic guidance to the executive team on partnership opportunities and market expansion strategies.
• Represent AXSYS Capital at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance the companys visibility and partnership opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or strategic alliances within the property investment industry or a closely related field.
• Proven track record of identifying, negotiating, and managing successful strategic partnerships that drive revenue.
• Strong understanding of the property investment landscape, market dynamics, and key players.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture while also focusing on the details necessary for successful partnership execution.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
