Great Team Building is an online team building and games company looking to hire a part-time Digital Marketing & Sales Specialist, with the opportunity for advancement, who will implement marketing initiatives and play a role in planning the marketing for our current virtual games, future team building events, and the brand as a whole. We are a start up that has grown rapidly, serving hundreds of clients including Fortune 500 companies, and continuing to grow.

This position is 100%, fully remote with a flexible schedule of 20 hours a week.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will work primarily independently and occasionally with a small team to market our online, live-streamed events for corporate clients as we re-envision our web and digital presence. Events include murder mysteries, escape room experiences, and creative workshops.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will have the opportunity both to participate in strategic discussions, pitching ideas, as well as implement those strategies. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing search engine campaigns, as well as identifying and contacting sales prospects. You may also assist with marketing materials copy, landing page development and edits, and other marketing and sales initiatives.

• Batchelor’s Degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field

• 2-3 years experience in digital marketing and paid ads

• Experience in marketing digital professional services, B2B marketing, and/or events

• Understanding of Google ads, analytics, and google tag manager

• Track record of improving ROI on campaigns

• Be prompt to meetings and maintain a quality internet connection in an environment without other background noise

• Ability to work effectively while remote, both independently and in small teams

• Experience and comfort working in a deadline-driven environment.

• Ability to handle concurrent assignments and meet deadlines

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Experience with graphic design tools (such as Canva) a plus

• $24-$40/hour with opportunity for annual bonus based on KPIs

• PTO available after probationary period

• Run and manage Google/search engine ads, optimizing for performance

• Set up and monitor Google tags manager tracking

• Make WordPress website & landing page edits

• Identify and contact sales prospects

• Write marketing copy for website and emails

• Participate in strategic discussions and implement new initiatives

• Prepare formal monthly reviews of analytics and insights for all ad platforms with actionable suggestions for growth
