Asset Organizer - Part-Time

Melanie Casey Fine Jewelry, an independent fine jewelry manufacturer headquartered in Andover, MA is a growing company with an authentic culture of integrity, respect, and creativity. This is a flexible 15-25 hours per week fully remote staff position located anywhere in the US. Some availability during the core hours of Monday-Friday 10am-2pm EST will be expected. Training will be provided.

Specific Job Duties

• Organization of image files within our Digital Asset management program (Canto) - including renaming files and adding needed tags. Additional file organization may be required for Dropbox or other filing systems.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Extremely detail-oriented

• Serious about work quality, but otherwise relaxed and easy-going (we like to have fun here!)

• The ability to receive direct feedback in a positive manner

• A positive attitude and self-starter with the ability to perform with little direct supervision

• Knowledge of Canto and Dropbox is a plus
