The Opportunity: A part-time, work-from-home Customer Satisfaction Survey Interviewer that is fluent in both Czechoslovakian and English. You must reside and be authorized to work in the USA.

ComSim is a full-service confidential professional market research firm with the ability to interview any customer anywhere in the world in the local language of business using Ring Central App. ComSim is known for responsiveness, the ability to customize, and timely results. Interview data is analyzed and reported according to each clients specifications.

As a Customer Satisfaction Survey Interviewer, you should possess excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor. You will have a list of customers to interview each month. The number of customers may vary from month to month. Each interview is estimated to take less than 10 minutes, and compensation for each completed interview is $15. You have the flexibility to do the interview according to your own schedule, keeping in mind appropriate hours to conduct the interview based on the local time in the country where your interviewee is located. If the interviews are conducted in Czechoslovakian, the responses will need to be translated into proper English. Proficiency in written English and basic computer skills are required. Each interview is documented in an online database system. Payment is monthly, based on the number of completed interviews.

Responsibilities

· Conduct follow-up interviews in the indicated foreign language using telephone with worldwide business customers of high technology companies.

· Must be available to call during the indicated foreign language business hours with flexibility to call throughout the month on days that work for you and the customer.

· Follow the indicated foreign language script in a conversational manner, using cultural awareness and professional courtesy.

· Listen carefully, and pose appropriate, spontaneous follow-up questions.

· Do data entry of customers ratings and verbatim comments, translating them to proper written English within the same day.

· Check data entry for accuracy, spelling, and punctuation.

· Complete the assigned number of interviews by the monthly deadline.

· Submit a monthly invoice as a contractor by the 10th of the month so we may pay you in a timely manner.
