- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts.
- Understand customers business objectives, challenges, and pain points to position our solutions and drive adoption effectively.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and best practices to help customers achieve their goals.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and loyalty, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or upgrades to existing customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop account plans and strategies to maximize revenue growth.
- Drive renewal activities and negotiate contract renewals to ensure customer retention.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for revenue expansion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market trends.
- Serve as a voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and requirements within the organization.
- 2-5 years of previous inside sales or account management experience.
- A proven track record of customer success, account management, or sales roles within the technology or managed services industry is highly desired.
- A deep understanding of UCaaS, CCaaS, Connectivity, SD-WAN, and Managed Networking and Security solutions is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in GSuite.
- Self-motivated with a passion for driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Successfully meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
