2026 MBA Leadership Program- Full Time
Job Description
The MBA Leadership Program
The Kraft Heinz MBA Leadership Program is designed to grow the future leaders of Kraft Heinz. This program is for high-performing, ambitious, and creative individuals who are ready to lead the future of food and beverage. Throughout the program, MBAs will hone their understanding of our business and industry, collaborate across the business to grow our iconic brands, and learn how to build their own legacy here at Kraft Heinz.
Whats on the Menu for the MBA Leadership Program?
The Kraft Heinz MBA Leadership Program begins with an immersive onboarding to learn the business from end-to-end, build connections across the MBA community at Kraft Heinz, and prepare to meaningfully impact our business during their program. Onboarding is also an important opportunity to learn directly from our executive leadership about the future aspirations for the organization and our plans for the decade ahead.
Following onboarding, MBAs will spend six months working on projects across various teams to learn the skills, responsibilities, and processes needed to be a successful leader at Kraft Heinz. MBAs will work directly for one of our top managers in the organization and have a day-to-day mentor who can help guide them through the intricacies of their project work.
During the six-month period, MBAs will also build a 360 foundation by visiting our plants and our sales offices to better understand our consumer and customer care-abouts to help them become an even more effective leader. MBAs will complete leadership development programming in line with our WIN Leadership Principles and will connect regularly with their mentor on the North America Executive Leadership Team throughout the program and beyond.
At the conclusion of the six months, all MBAs will assume their first official role in our organization, equipped with a 360 understanding of how to be an effective leader and driver of our iconic brands. Specific role placements within the operations or procurement functions will be determined based on the MBAs career aspirations, interests and the business priorities.
