🔧 Immediate Openings for Maintenance Technicians 🔧 

📍 Location: Little Rock, AR💲 Pay: $18-$20/hr (DOE)

🎉 Bonuses:

  • $500 Sign-On Bonus
  • Up to $750 Quarterly Maintenance Bonus
  • $100 On-Call Bonus

🗓️ Schedule: Monday-Friday | Day Shift | On-Call Rotation (Varies by property)

🔧 Your Day-to-Day:

  • Complete service requests promptly and efficiently
  • Turn vacant apartments into move-in-ready homes
  • Perform light carpentry, drywall repair, and painting
  • Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, HVAC, and electrical issues
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections
  • Maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop
  • Participate in on-call rotation (typically every other week)

✅ What You Bring:

  • 1+ year of maintenance experience (apartment or similar setting)
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC
  • EPA, HVAC, or CPO certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Excellent work ethic, self-motivation, and team mindset
