Description

We are looking for a skilled Audit Senior to join our team in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in public accounting and auditing standards, coupled with excellent analytical and leadership abilities. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients and management, ensuring high-quality audit services.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive audits in accordance with U.S. GAAP and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS).

• Utilize audit software tools, such as ProSystem fx Engagement, to streamline audit processes.

• Collaborate directly with company management and clients to address audit requirements and ensure compliance.

• Conduct Sarbanes-Oxley testing and evaluate IT general controls (ITGC).

• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

• Provide guidance and leadership to less experienced team members, fostering their growth and development.

• Analyze complex financial data to identify potential risks and recommend solutions.

• Ensure timely completion of audit engagements while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Travel on-site to client locations as needed to perform audit procedures.

Requirements• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business with a major in Accounting.• CPA certification or active CPA candidacy with 3+ years of public accounting experience.• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and current auditing standards.• Familiarity with audit software, such as ProSystem fx Engagement, is preferred.• Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills.• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively both independently and in teams.• Confidence in interacting with company management and clients.• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
