Bilingual Customer Care Specialist
Responsibilities:• Respond to customer inquiries with attentiveness and accuracy, providing information about company policies, products, and services.• Investigate and resolve documentation errors or discrepancies, escalating complex issues to the supervisor as needed.• Perform account maintenance tasks, ensuring customer records are up-to-date and accurate.• Prepare weekly customer service reports and maintain detailed records of interactions.• Keep management informed of ongoing activities and any significant issues encountered.• Attend meetings and contribute to discussions aimed at improving customer service processes.• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to company security standards.• Collaborate with other departments to assist with cross-functional tasks and ensure seamless operations.• Actively promote and cross-sell company products and services to customers.• Build strong relationships with customers and team members, fostering a positive and detail-oriented environment.
Requirements• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.• Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal, with strong Spanish language skills.• Ability to handle email correspondence and navigate multiple browser platforms effectively.• Familiarity with customer success principles and strategies.• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently.• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.• Detail-oriented approach and commitment to maintaining the companys reputation.Information :
