DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated and bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Worksite Representative to join our dynamic team in Chicago, Illinois. This is a long-term contract position requiring strong communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional service to policyholders. As part of a growing organization with over 100 years of success in the insurance industry, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:• Assist policyholders by providing accurate information about insurance products and policy statuses.• Respond to inquiries regarding claims services and intake-related issues with professionalism and empathy.• Perform basic technical troubleshooting to support customers with self-service tools.• Facilitate transfers to the sales team to drive revenue growth.• Handle claim intake processes effectively and in accordance with company standards.• Consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics, including quality, average handle time, and other KPIs.• Participate in training and mentorship programs to support representatives in entry-level roles.• Collaborate with leadership to identify and support process improvements.• Represent the organizations values, such as empathy, problem-solving, and ownership, during customer interactions.• Adapt to various shifts within operational hours as required.

Requirements• Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.• Proficiency in using computer systems and troubleshooting technical issues.• Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy and problem-solving abilities.• Familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs) and commitment to meeting organizational standards.• Capacity to work collaboratively with team members and leadership.• Willingness to undergo on-site training for 7-8 weeks and maintain a consistent work schedule.
