Position Overview

This position is accountable for planning, coordinating, and delivering student admission events that contribute to enrollment and organizational goals. Additionally, this position partners with stakeholders to promote events that are within budget and executed within pre-determined timelines. There is a high level of engagement and interaction with students and families that requires significant relationship building.

  • Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Event Visionary: Independently plan and execute impactful admission events from start to finish.
  • Experience Curator: Utilize technology to create engaging event schedules and deliver seamless experiences.
  • Campus Connector: Partner with various teams to ensure events align with enrollment and organizational goals.
  • Report Rockstar: Produce insightful reports to analyze event success and inform future strategies.
  • Team Leader Extraordinaire: Supervise and develop your team to deliver exceptional event experiences.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Education: High School degree or GED required (Bachelors preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in event coordination (hospitality, sales, etc.), supervisory experience a big plus!
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to drive results and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite and other enterprise software (Adobe DC, SharePoint, etc.).
