Location: Atlanta, GA or Austin, TX preferred.  Hybrid work model. 

Job description:

This role will have the responsibility of administering and being accountable for and ensuring adherence to the Capgemini Change Management process and therefore will work closely with all ITIL towers and Support Towers.  

Key Responsibilities:

The Change Manager will administer, manage and carry out all aspects of the Change Management process for the Customer. This role will also ensure data yielded from this process will be of high quality and provide management with the right level of business intelligence. Provide oversight of change management staff who manages the lifecycle of changes, ensuring that they are logged, progressed, updated/authorised and actioned/resolved within the scope of the Service Level Agreement, ensuring that all necessary parties are informed and involved in the process.

Prepares reports on statistical information. Provides continual service improvements. Service Delivery 

• Ensure that all changes are managed properly by the change management support staff;

 • Initiates periodic checks and balances of existing changes within the system for accuracy and process compliance by both the change managers and support staff;

 • Escalate any changes which are damaging the quality of the Capgemini Outsourcing NA service; 

• Ensure all changes comply with internal Capgemini controls and customer/regulatory controls; 

• Ensure Capgemini global process for Change Management is utilized; 

• Ensure the distribution of daily, weekly and adhoc reports occurs; 

• Ensure training occurs and monitor regular training for resolver groups in preparing RFCs;

 • Identify issues and risks and propose and initiate solutions;

 • Minimize costs for supporting the change management process to Capgemini; 

• Identify process non compliances and ensure action is taken; 

• Work closely with Service Management leadership to insure quality services are being provided to both Capgemini support staff and the customer; 

• Ensure change management support staff is working efficiently and effectively in delivering their services; 

  • Ensure internal KPIs are meet and solution those which cannot be.

Customer/Supplier Relationship

  • Drive actions that minimize disruption to our customers environment due to changes; 

• Keep costs of change activities down;

  • Establish credibility with the client, delivery teams and 3rd party suppliers;
  • Understand the clients business and the impact of changes you manage on their environment; 

• Prioritizing of own work to meet internal/external deadlines;

 • Problem identification and resolution analysis.

Qualifications:

 ITIL,  change management, business intelligence, IT change management, ServiceNow Change Management, ServiceNow Release Management. Have strong knowledge of customers contractual requirements. Service Excellence
