Customer Success Specialist

DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Tampa, Florida. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support during important moments. Responsibilities:• Process assignments, policy documentation, and insurance paperwork with accuracy and efficiency.• Communicate proactively with clients to provide updates and ensure transparency throughout the process.• Collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline claim handling and resolve issues promptly.• Deliver exceptional service that aligns with our commitment to professionalism, dependability, and compassion.• Maintain detailed and accurate records using company systems to ensure all information is organized and accessible.

Requirements• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey confidence and empathy.• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially under time-sensitive conditions.• Familiarity with customer service software, CRM platforms, and email correspondence.• Experience in call center environments or customer service roles is highly desirable.• Ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues and improve customer satisfaction metrics.• Background in funeral service, insurance, or financial services is a plus, though not mandatory.• A focused demeanor and a genuine desire to assist clients during critical moments.
