Description

A regional law firm is seeking a Family Law Paralegal in Spokane to support multiple attorneys on matters such as dissolutions, custody disputes, DVPOs and other family law matters.

Salary: 45-70k DOE, additional structured bonus earnings. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance. 2+ weeks PTO, paid court holidays, 401k and other perks. The role may be worked on a hybrid in-office and work from home basis. 

Requirements

Ideal candidates will have:

- 3+ years of experience in Family Law in Spokane County

- Experience drafting declarations, parenting plans, child support worksheets and other family law documents

- Experience e-filing in Spokane county courts and knowledge of procedures/deadlines
