The Positions 

Every internship at Kraft Heinz Netherlands offers outstanding opportunities to develop new knowledge and skills, gain real business experience, get exposure to senior leadership, and attend tailored trainings. As an intern you will take ownership of projects and work closely with the business on day-to-day challenges. 

The internship position which is available is: 

• Global DevOps Platform Intern

Tasks throughout the various roles can include:   

• Working closely with the IT Products Platforms & Engineering teams and our Global IT Community to enable our DevOps Platform Strategy and Roadmap making it easy and faster for anyone to build their digital products.

• Work closely with the DevOps Platform team to contribute to create and maintain the rituals and governance that promote collaboration, continuous learning and consistent measurements of quality and performance.

• This opportunity will provide you with an immense experience in how IT works in a global organization while unlocking the best automation technologies.

• Support on creating progress our journey in being a data driven decision making team through dashboards and scorecards for the platforms.

• Gain knowledge about IT DevOps Platform architecture, roadmap and strategy in general.

Qualifications: 

Job requirements   

• You are enrolled at a European university during at least 50% of the duration of the internship.   

• You are nearing the end of your Bachelors degree or pursuing your Masters degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business Management/Management Engineering or a related field preferred. 

• You have good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken  

• You are proficient with Microsoft Office tools (specifically MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook). 

• Power BI or Tableau experience is an advantage

• NOTE: EU working rights are required. (Either you have an EU Citizenship, or you are studying in the Netherlands).

• Analytical: Were a very data driven company. You know how to translate sophisticated data into a simple solution with your analytical approach. 

• Communication Skills: At Kraft Heinz youll easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level. Therefore, its important you have excellent communication skills, to deal with all kinds of different team members.  

• Time Management Skills: Time management has no secrets for you. Youre organized, structured and always have an overview of all the deliverables. You can apply high levels of operational discipline, and diligent follow-through to deliver results 

• Ownership Skills: Think and act like the owners of our business, make tough choices and treat every dollar as if it is our own. A self-starter mentality, with the ability to work independently when required, interpret and exercise professional judgment, and solve problems creatively 

• Team Work: Willing to work in a team-oriented, collaborative & geographically dispersed environment. 

• Eager to work in a fast-paced, complex & dynamic environment. 

• An understanding of technology, and how it is applied to the consumer goods industry.

Note: The recruitment process can take 4/6 weeks in total 

What we offer you: 

Program start date: July 2025

Duration: 6 - 6.5 months (for 40 hrs a week) 

Location: Amsterdam. Please note that you do need to relocate to the Netherlands for the internship (if not already there). 

Allowance: 625 euro per month (40hrs, 5 days), a company provided laptop, full reimbursement of travel expenses to the office, as well as a reimbursement to improve your work from home environment.

Hybrid Policy:  Kraft Heinz has recently transitioned to a hybrid way of working, which means that we work 60% of the week in the office and have the right to work 40% from home.
