Healthcare Enrollment Specialist
What Youll Do-Manage the complete lifecycle of member enrollment, including processing new enrollments, changes, and terminations within specified timeframes.-Handle various billing activities for member and group accounts, such as payments, reconciliations, and expense recoupment.-Ensure compliance by applying COBRA rules and maintaining accurate records of payments, refunds, and other transactions.-Load membership data into a third-party system and order ID cards.-Interact effectively with members, group administrators, and internal teams to promote business continuity.-Complete weekly inventory and productivity reports.
What Were Looking For-This is a remote position open exclusively to applicants living in Texas.-A minimum of 2 years of recent and relevant experience in the healthcare industry is required.-Strong work history and tenure in previous roles.-High School Diploma or equivalent.-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).-Exceptional oral and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.-A background check will be required for this position.
Details-Pay Rate: $16.09 - $25.19 per hour, based on experience.-Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a 30-minute lunch break.-Applicants will be advised that our client, as a federal contractor, may be required to implement a COVID-19 vaccine mandate.
