YOUR MISSION
Account Marketing
- Oversee the end-to-end Go-To-Market process for Soccer Specialty account group, ensuring tailored, seasonal support and activation plans to maximize PUMAs visibility
- Ensure seasonal key initiative in-store campaign visibility across Soccer Specialty accounts
- Drive and report on campaign visibility across social and e-com channels through our wholesale partners
- Distribute seasonal campaign assets to wholesale partners and internal stakeholders and ensure platform maximization
Category Marketing
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of all marketing initiatives related to the PUMA KING (portfolio of key Grassroot Soccer partnered clubs) portfolio
- Execute the product needs for the PUMA grassroots & tournament support
- Lead US Partner relationships through monthly touch bases and operational support
- Develop, maintain and leverage key relationships in key cities with partner (fan)clubs, driving brand affinity
- Support our Athlete Maximization pillar through US Soccer athlete activations, including but not limited to MLS and NIL partnerships
- Provide operational support around all Pulisic Stomping Grounds openings and activations to fully leverage and maximize the athlete partnership
- Increase PUMA brand awareness, visibility and desirability by developing and executing compelling, on-brand commercially relevant marketing & maximization plans that ultimately drive demand for PUMA soccer product
- Support the overall Soccer category marketing calendar, including product launches, athlete activations, and seasonal campaigns
- Support the Soccer Teamhead in planning and executing activations for club Summer Tours and local licensed league partnerships, maximizing visibility and fan engagement
- Partner with cross-functional marketing team members in communications, visual experience & creative to develop integrated omni-channel marketing plans
- Support Marketing Leadership Team on all aspects of the Go-To-Market Process
- Proactively leverage data, market insights, marketing tools and the spectrum of marketing channels to develop and execute impactful strategic recommendations
- Assist in budgeting/forecasting and completing campaign analysis
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2-4+ years of experience in brand, product, or retail marketing
- Genuine passion for sneakers, sports, music, and/or fashion, with a strong passion and understanding of the soccer category
- Strategic and creative communicator with excellent presentation skills
- Exceptional writing, organization, and storytelling abilities
- Proven track record of working independently, taking initiative, and delivering results with minimal oversight
- Highly detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive in problem-solving
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time
