Job Type Full Time Schedule Days Pay $131k - $152k Patients Per Day 20 EMR System - NextGen Work Location Outpatient; All Ages Job ID 60098 Job Description A Los Angeles based client is seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to be the street medicine team lead for the area s homeless and unsheltered population.

Experience treating individuals with substance use disorders and complex social dynamics is a plus. An ideal candidate should practice excellent, evidence-based patient care, and should be comfortable treating all ages. Required Qualifications CA NP license CA DEA certificate before start date CPR certification Board certified in field Preferred Spanish fluency 1+ years of experience Responsibilities Assess and diagnose a variety of diseases and injuries in patients of all ages Order diagnostic tests and laboratory studies, interpret results and create treatment plans based on results Perform therapeutic procedures with prioritizing preventative care Arrange referrals, consultations, and therapeutic services for patients on caseload Document all patient encounters efficiently and according to organization policy
