Office Manager/Marketing Specialist - Commercial Real Estate

Vaco Phoenix is partnering with a local real estate firm to hire an experienced Office Manager/Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a background in commercial real estate or property management, along with hands-on experience in social media marketing. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Scottsdale, AZ, offering a direct hire opportunity with a salary of up to $70K annually, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow, organization, and adherence to company policies.
• Manage administrative functions, including scheduling, correspondence, vendor coordination, and office supply procurement.
• Support commercial real estate activities by preparing contracts, lease agreements, and other transactional documents.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns for commercial real estate properties, including digital, print, and event-based promotions.
• Develop engaging content for social media channels to increase brand awareness and attract potential clients.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies for maximum impact.
• Collaborate with brokers, agents, and management to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with commercial real estate regulations and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in office management and marketing within the commercial real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and marketing tools
