Payroll Supervisor

LHH | Charlotte, NC | US

LHH is seeking a Payroll Supervisor to join their client in Charlotte, NC on a direct hire basis. Candidates must have experience with ADP and preferably supervisory/management experience. Excellent opportunity to join an outstanding organization!

Responsibilities:

  • Processing multi-state payroll for employees

  • Heavy reporting for payroll and audits

  • Responsible for garnishments and taxes

  • Reconciliations

  • Month-end

  • Payroll journal entries

  • Supervision and mentorship of 2 direct reports

Qualifications:

  • Experience with ADP is required

  • At least 4 years of experience with full-cycle payroll

  • Supervisory or management experience within payroll is highly preferred

  • Excel skills are required (pivot tables, vlookups)

Compensation:

  • The anticipated pay range for this position is between $70,000 and $85,000 depending on experience. This position comes with PTO, medical, dental, vision, bonus, 401k with match and more

Work site:

  • Hybrid; Onsite 3 days, Work from Home 2 days a week

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
