The Team: Data Center Compliance
Data Center Compliance Operations is the operational and analytical backbone of OCIs compliance and strategic business processes. The team operates globally and partners with engineering, compliance, operations, and finance to deliver streamlined tooling, optimized resourcing, and actionable business intelligence. DC Compliance Operations is dedicated to supporting OCIs mission through robust data-driven processes and continuous improvement across all areas of tooling, reporting, and program governance.
The Role: Senior Program Manager, Compliance Operations
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to join the Data Center Compliance Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will architect and operationalize critical initiatives and services that underpin Oracles global data center success, focusing on strategic tooling, resource and roadmap management, and comprehensive reporting. You will empower decision-makers by delivering accurate, integrated, and actionable insights, and drive continuous improvement in program performance and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities
Tooling: Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of software tools to streamline operations, automate key workflows, and enhance program transparency across the data center organization. Ensure tools are scalable, secure, and aligned with OCIs business needs.
Roadmap Management: Develop and maintain project and program roadmaps, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business strategy and organizational priorities. Provide visibility into milestones, dependencies, and potential risks.
Resource Management: Direct resource planning and allocation processes, balancing short-term operational needs with long-term strategic growth. Develop resourcing models and metrics to optimize staffing, spending, and capacity across global initiatives.
Reporting & Business Intelligence: Oversee the design and delivery of business intelligence dashboards and reports. Translate complex data into executive-level insights, highlight key trends, and support data-driven decision making at all levels.
Risk & Resiliency Reporting: Lead the integration and communication of risk and resiliency metrics into program reporting. Track vulnerabilities, risk exposures, and mitigation progress to ensure ongoing operational resilience and compliance.
Financial Reporting: Coordinate financial planning, forecasting, and reporting activities in support of cloud operations. Ensure transparency and accountability for program budgets, expenditures, and return on investment.
Foster a culture of collaboration by facilitating communication with stakeholders in engineering, operations, finance, and executive leadership.
Drive process improvements and help champion business change management across the tooling, reporting, and resourcing domains.
Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience; MBA or relevant technical discipline preferred.
4-8 years of program management, business operations, or similar leadership role in technology, cloud infrastructure, or data center environment.
Demonstrated expertise in tooling implementation, roadmap and resource planning, and KPI development.
Deep experience with reporting platforms and business intelligence tools (e.g., Oracle Analytics Cloud, Tableau, Power BI).
Advanced understanding of risk reporting, resiliency metrics, and financial stewardship in a regulated, global environment.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, especially with cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.
Ability to synthesize complex data, identify trends, and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Exceptional organizational, project coordination, and change management capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong sense of drive, ownership, and accountability for outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a large multinational or cloud services/technology company.
Familiarity with financial modeling, operational risk management, and global project portfolio governance.
Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or relevant BI/analytics certifications are a plus.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $78,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracles differing products, industries and lines of business.Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
