Primary Job Location: (USA) Candidates must be currently located in or willing to relocate to the Florida area. 

Travel: This role requires 26% - travel. 

Education: A Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Management; Masters degree preferred. 

The Coca-Cola Company, a global beverage leader with a rich history of over 136 years and a portfolio of over 200 brands worldwide, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Franchise Leader. This role serves as the primary point of contact representing the total region portfolio and will steward the development of the brands with primary accountability for growing revenue, volume, share, and transactions. We are looking for candidates with bottling and Franchise Leadership experience who can build relationships and execute our strategies across our network.

Consultative Partnering and Innovation Leadership:

In this role, you will go beyond traditional management to serve as a true partner and innovator. Youll use your ability to dive deep into complex data sets, extract meaningful insights, and present clear, impactful business recommendations. By telling stories that inspire action, youll help Coca-Colas bottler ecosystem embrace bold, innovative solutions that drive revenue and brand growth.

As the bridge between The Coca-Cola Company and its bottling partners, you will play a key role in pushing the boundaries of how we go to market. This includes bringing data-oriented thinking to every conversation and crafting sustainable frameworks that unlock bottlers abilities to deliver results that elevate the Coca-Cola portfolio.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Transform Data into Strategic Storytelling: Analyze and synthesize market data, performance metrics, and customer insights to build robust business cases that inspire innovation. Use storytelling to translate data into actionable recommendations, fostering alignment with franchise partners around strategies to drive growth, efficiency, and consumer engagement.

  • Be a Strategic Consultant to Bottler Partners: Act as a trusted advisor to bottler partners, challenging the status quo by identifying opportunities for innovation and preparing detailed plans to unlock revenue potential, optimize brand/category performance, and deliver sustainable growth across all channels.

  • Responsible for weekly/monthly performance management, which includes reporting on revenue, volume, share, and transaction metrics. 

  • Monitors performance versus execution objectives, replans as necessary, and provides feedback to key stakeholders. 

  • Manages discretionary budgets based on regional need. 

  • Executes the commercial strategy and plans with franchise (bottling partners) owners for local market execution. 

  • Responsible for collaborating on the contingency plan to deliver annual business plan performance in channels to include revenue, volume, share, net outlets, SOVI (share of visual inventory), and pricing. 

  • Standardizes a common approach to capability building based on bottler segmentation. 

  • Assesses local Bottler commercial capabilities against established commercial strategies and objectives using the core measures within the Global Commercial Leadership Diagnostic Analysis Model; identifies gaps and develops action plans to improve capabilities. 

  • Coordinating training/development enables more effective processes, scorecards, and business routines to achieve the annual business plan. 

  • Works with the franchise commercial manager to steward the planning process that is in place bi-monthly, ensuring all customer plans are included. 

  • Ensures development and implementation of customer and commercial leadership plans on overall brand/price/pack/channel plans and ensures inclusion of Revenue Growth Manager (RGM) strategies and programs to maximize revenue generation. 

  • Focus on transforming data-driven insights into practical solutions that meet local market needs and exceed customer expectations. 

  • Manages brand mix to maximize brand profitability and trade pricing according to brand/package contribution priorities. 

  • Ensures distribution capability efficiencies, outlet execution, and expansion benchmarks and objectives are set and met through the execution of Bottler performance. 

  • Anticipate Market Trends and Competitive Risks: Actively monitor evolving market conditions and competitive activities, providing critical insights to Bottler and local associates. Utilize these insights to drive adaptive decision-making and identify growth opportunities for Coca-Cola brands. 

  • Responsible for negotiation and resolving bottling contracts and National Supply Chain agreements, as well as governance agreements, and manages governance routines. 

What Youll Need 

Qualifications & Requirements: 

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Management with a masters degree preferred. 

  • 7-10 or more years in a CPG organization responsible for direct sales, key accounts, or franchise management with P&L responsibility. 

  • Experience as a Business Partner with direct Bottler or manufacturing experience in the Food and Beverage industry. 

  • Experience with annual business planning, forecasting, customer, and distributor management. 

  • Demonstrated track record for delivering positive revenue results. 

  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is preferred for both verbal and written communication.

Pay Range: $169,000 - $196,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 30

Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
