Sponsorships Activations & Events Coordinator
Robert Half is partnering with a leading global airline to recruit a Sponsorships Activations & Events Coordinator to support a premier international sports partnership. This role is integral to delivering world-class hospitality, driving fan engagement, and executing high-profile sponsorship activations. As part of the Sponsorships and Activations team, you will coordinate strategic event plans, manage sponsorship assets, and collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless execution. Youll be involved in everything from planning large-scale fan events to managing VIP hospitality experiences—all while representing the brand with excellence.
Location: Onsite in Fort Worth w/ occasional travel
Duration: 15-month contract
Hours: 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: $25-28/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of comprehensive activation plans for fan engagement and team member events.
- Plan and oversee both on-site and digital sponsorship activations for a global sporting partnership.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure fulfillment of contractual deliverables.
- Manage hospitality logistics for VIP guests, including travel coordination, communications, and on-site support.
- Track sponsorship budgets, working with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and responsible spend.
- Anticipate and resolve potential challenges, providing proactive solutions to stakeholders.
- Assist with partnership measurement, reporting on activation success and ROI.
- Support negotiations and renewal conversations for future partnerships.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel as required (up to 30%).
Must Have Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience/training.
- 2-4 years of related experience in sports partnerships, sponsorships, event management, or hospitality.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with professional sports teams or large-scale event activations.
- Knowledge of both physical and digital sponsorship activations.
- Familiarity with contract deliverable fulfillment and sponsorship measurement.
