Systems Administrator (Mid Level)

Robert Half is seeking System Administrators to proactively build our talent pipeline for clients in the Raleigh market. These roles will manage day-to-day systems operations, optimize infrastructure, and ensure uptime for business-critical systems.

Responsibilities:

• Administer Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and cloud services.
• Manage virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V) and storage solutions.
• Implement updates, backups, disaster recovery, and monitoring tools.
• Troubleshoot server, network, and software performance issues.
• Collaborate with IT leadership on infrastructure improvement projects.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years experience in system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Office 365, and virtualization.
• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud services.
• Familiarity with security hardening and compliance standards.
• Certifications such as MCSA, Azure Administrator, or CompTIA Security+ a plus.
