We are looking for a strategic, human-centered Talent Acquisition Director to partner with key leadership globally to define and execute a bold, insight-driven recruiting strategy focused on hiring our most senior talent and supporting growth into new markets.
In this role, you wont just oversee hiring processes—youll directly contribute to successful outcomes through your own efforts. Youll play a critical role in shaping how our teams grow, developing future capabilities, and strengthening our brand presence in the market. This is a high-impact position for a visionary leader who thrives in complex environments and brings clarity, energy, and influence to the table.
What Youll Do
Co-Create the Talent Growth Strategy for [Executive Search/New Markets]
- Collaborate with business and industry leaders to develop a proactive, insight-driven talent acquisition plan aligned to workforce needs.
- Leverage market intelligence, competitive analysis, and strategic workforce planning to optimize executive and new market talent pipelines.
- Serve as a trusted advisor—anticipating future needs and identifying opportunities for organizational growth through talent.
Lead Strategy, Team and Execution for Executive Search & New Markets
- Oversee end-to-end hiring for executive roles and new market leaders across the Americas.
- Drive strategy, sourcing, and execution for identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent.
- Translate market opportunities, evolving client needs, and capability priorities into targeted recruiting plans that support Slaloms industry strategy and client partnership model.
- Lead and develop a high-performing recruiting team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and inclusion.
- Coach the team to deliver high-touch candidate and hiring leader experiences.
- Ensure operational rigor and progress toward key performance indicators.
Serve as a Trusted Talent Advisor and Elevate Slaloms Industry Brand in the Talent Market
- Provide strategic guidance to Slaloms executives and new market expansion leaders on workforce planning and executive hiring.
- Champion Slaloms employee value proposition (EVP) and market presence by cultivating relationships with executive talent, industry associations, and professional communities.
- Ensure a high-touch, equitable candidate experience that reflects Slaloms people-first culture and values.
Lead by Example in Recruiting Efforts
- Personally lead and deliver on priority executive and new market hires.
- Own and execute sourcing strategies that engage top-tier, often passive talent—leveraging storytelling, relationships, and insight-led outreach to bring Slaloms EVP to life.
- Balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution, modeling best-in-class recruiting practices.
- Align your recruiting activity with Slaloms broader talent acquisition strategy.

- Inspire, develop, and manage a growing team to deliver consistent, high-quality, inclusive candidate experiences.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the targeted base salary range is $130,000 to $180,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individuals skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
