We are currently hiring for multiple 12-hour shifts at this 24/7 operation, starting at $24/hour .

As a Yard Spotter and Forklift Operator at Spartan Logistics, youll enjoy the best of both worlds—spending part of your time behind the wheel moving trailers and the rest of your shift supporting the warehouse team with forklift operations. This mix keeps your day moving and gives you a valuable variety of responsibilities.

Heres what your work will look like:

In the yard, youll:

• Safely move trailers in and out of dock doors and yard positions.
• Conduct and document pre/post-trip inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Help keep trailers organized and operations on schedule.

In the warehouse, youll:

• Operate a forklift to move products and materials efficiently.
• Assist with inbound and outbound shipments.
• Accurately pick and prepare customer orders.
• Contribute to a safe, organized, and productive environment.

Qualifications:

• Class A CDL license is required.
• 7 months to 1 year of driving experience preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge to identify basic trailer issues.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• No travel required; this is a full-time, on-site position.
• Must be able to sit for extended periods and occasionally stand, walk, bend, climb, squat, or reach.
