CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
(1) Assist Building Services teams with daily operations as assigned by management. This includes:
- Valet parking attendant duties within the Terminal Garage
- Park incoming cars for garage valet parkers as they arrive in appropriate parking areas.
- Promote & maintain a positive attitude and a safe & productive work environment.
- Report any incidents or damages involving customer vehicles in a timely manner.
- Executive concierge services including airport pick up / drop off
- Provide a high level of customer service, such as inflating tires or jumpstarting vehicles as needed
(2) Operate freight elevator:
- Answer freight calls promptly, prioritizing calls and maintaining efficiency
- Maintain safe freight operations
- Regularly inspect incoming and outgoing materials/cargo for safe transport and to prevent damage to the freight. Halt transport of materials if they are not safely secured or present other concerns based on freight capacities (length, weight, etc.).
- Regularly report maintenance issues to management regarding operation of the freight, such as bulbs not working when floors are called, elevator not leveling, or doors not functioning properly.
- Liaison with elevator technicians as needed.
- Continuously check for appropriate identification of passengers - building employees, tenants, vendors, contractors, and visitors - prior to authorizing access into the building. For restricted areas, seek approval from management or security.
- Regularly review emergency freight operations, which includes how to safely operate the freight and assist handicap evacuees during an emergency
- Liaison with our emergency response teams during medical emergencies, evacuations, power outages, and other extreme conditions as needed
(3) Day Services/Receiving dock operations:
- Assist receiving dock with shipment distribution, tracking, and safely handling incoming and outgoing shipments
- Operate forklift, pallet jacks, baler, compactor and other department equipment
- Assist with sidewalk cleaning/snow removal function
- Assist with removal/delivery of dumpsters, flatbed carts, etc.
- Sweep/pick-up trash, cigarettes, and miscellaneous debris outside of Landmark Office Towers
- Operate company vehicle for miscellaneous tasks - delivering/picking up materials, oil changes, emissions testing, etc.
(4) Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by management including, but not limited to:
- Regularly inspect building floors, reporting any concerns or disrepair to supervisor
- Custodial requests, such as cleaning and installing storm windows, cleaning vents
- Escort vendors/contractors related to building inspections, service agreements, and other circumstances where internal presence is required
- Liaison with our space management team (ex. Wayfinding/signage)

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
FORMAL EDUCATION:
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have a valid drivers license and a safe driving record
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service experience
- 1-2+ years relevant working experience
- High degree of professionalism
- Forklift license is required, or willingness to obtain and maintain a forklift license upon hire.
Preferred:
- 1-2+ years valet/concierge experience
TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

- Ability to organize, plan and prioritize work
- Ability to communicate in verbal and written form
