Responsibilities:

• Draft, negotiate, and manage a variety of contracts, including commercial and legal agreements.

• Perform audits and reviews to ensure compliance with contract terms and legal standards.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address amendments and updates to existing contracts.

• Administer billing functions and claim processes related to contractual agreements.

• Support clinical trial operations by managing associated contracts and documentation.

• Utilize tools like Adobe Acrobat and Avaya CMS to streamline contract workflows.

• Monitor and report on contract performance to stakeholders.

• Ensure timely delivery of contractual obligations, including banner ad placements and other business system deliverables.

• Maintain organized records of all contracts and amendments for auditing purposes.

• Provide expert guidance on contract-related matters to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, negotiation, and administration.• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Acrobat, Avaya CMS, and other business systems.• Strong understanding of commercial and legal contracts, including drafting and amendments.• Familiarity with auditing processes and claim administration.• Experience supporting clinical trial operations or similar regulated environments.• Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple contracts effectively.• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.• Knowledge of billing functions and banner ad placements within contractual frameworks.
