Customer Relationship Specialist
OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated and enthstic Customer Specialist to join our team. In this essential role, you will provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to efficiently handle a wide range of customer inquiries.
Duties
- Handle inbound customer calls for order placement, inquiries, and problem resolution.
- Process orders efficiently using computer systems.
- Assist with mailing/marketing calls and inside sales efforts.
- Perform data analysis using Excel to support business decisions.
- Follow up with outbound calls to address customer inquiries or provide additional assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Skills
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; medical device industry experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Previous sales and customer service experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills.
