Job Overview:We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

- The CSR is responsible for the running of daily operational functions of the department. This includes providing customer service and taking reservations for costume users and clients. The person in the position must have excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to maintain positive relationships with customers and coworkers.

Skills:- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills- Proficient in data entry and able to work with multiple software systems- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
