Customer Service Representative
HEICO Component Repair Group, a world leader in aircraft component repair and overhaul, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This is a key position for assisting Account Managers to organize repair orders and guarantee a smooth experience from quote to delivery. As a Customer Service Representative you will process orders, give progress updates, assist to address clients requests, maintain communication through the repair process and uphold HEICOs commitment to quality and excellence.
Skills, Education & Experience
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in the aviation or manufacturing industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is a plus
- Proficiency in Pentagon Software preferred
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
