Dealership Accounting Admin

We are searching for a Dynamic Dealership Administrator to jump in and make an instant impact. Applicants MUST have strong Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience along with Titling experience in the dealership world.

We are busy, and we need an applicant who can stay calm and be productive under pressure. Communication skills are a necessity along with a Great attitude.

*Dealership experience is required.

Job Responsibilities & Skill:

  • Maintain the Accounts Payable and Receivable along with being able to perform general accounting functions.
  • Prepare monthly reports & journal entries, and schedule reconciliations.
  • Exposure to submitting Service / GAP contracts, process cancellations or Booking deals.
  • Other general office management tasks as required for cross training.
  • Maintain updated files for accounts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Dealership DMS systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
