Position Summary 1. Contribute to establishment of corporate financial policy through accurate cash flow forecast. 2. Contribute to establishment of corporate financial policy through acquisition/disposal management of equity securities and treasury stock. 3. Support financial decision making by continuous financial market monitoring with credit rating agencies and financial institutions. Role and Responsibilities 1. [Predicting cash flow] Predict cash flow based on our companys key fund required plan and expenditure plan. Provide them when establishing a financial policy. 2. [Support capital liquidity] Adjust and execute an related subsidiarys capital increase and loan schedule and process with a relevant GBM or overseas subsidiary. 3. [Capital management] Check whether no-profit (or low-profit) operation is minimized by predicting an related subsidiarys capital income and expenditure accurately. 4. [Safety management] Manage risks by constantly monitoring an related subsidiarys income and expenditure and account status, etc. 5. [Establishing a financial policy] Analyze materials which are used when establishing our companys key financial strategies regarding the companys Capex (capital expenditure), returning profits to shareholders, procurement, etc. 6. [Investment shares and treasury stock management] Perform tasks related to management of investment shares which our company owns (sell and purchase) and share buyback and retirement, etc. 7. [Monitoring a market] Monitor a capital market, like a major countrys prospect of interest rate, current status of issuing bonds, etc. Skills and Qualifications
- Experienced professional with full understanding on specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways
- Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
- Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments
- Typically requires minimum 5 years of related experience and a Bachelors degree, or 3 years and a Masters degree; or a PhD without experience
