FS8 Head Coach

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Head Coach to join our teams in the Greater Orlando Area. There positions available at the following locations: Downtown Orlando and Tuskawilla. As a FS8 Head Coach you will:

• Lead and deliver Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Tone, and Yoga instruction for group classes, maintaining a minimum average of 20 classes per week, including weekends
• Ensure safety and creativity in group sessions by demonstrating proper use of various equipment, including dumbbells, reformer, springboard, magic circle, and additional studio apparatus
• Conduct pre-class equipment checks to verify all apparatus is in safe, working order
• Maintain studio organization by upholding cleanliness and returning equipment to designated spaces according to studio management standards
• Support business development by participating in community and networking events, as well as studio promotions to drive new member acquisition
• Uphold FS8 brand and athletic standards at all times, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of the companys philosophy and
• expectations
• Deliver exceptional member experiences by executing sales processes, new trial onboarding, and retention strategies within the studio
• Oversee scheduling logistics, including coordinating instructor availability and ensuring a consistent studio class schedule
• Adapt to studio needs by performing any additional responsibilities as assigned

Experience/Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in sales and leadership
• FS8 Pilates Reformer Preferred but will accept Pilates Certification
• CPR and AED certified

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed
