Job Description: As the Head of Marketplace Client Success at Pitney Bowes, you will be responsible for supporting the renewal of the eBay GSP UK contract and the emphasis on Marketplaces in 2025. As an individual contributor your focus will be on retaining and growing our existing client business specific to eBay supporting the necessary account management functions. eBay has high expectations that Pitney Bowes will commit the resources necessary to manage the critical aspects of the program that require ongoing attention and detailed analysis.
You Will: Work one on one with clients and sales to solve complex client issues Be responsible for a significant portion of Pitney Bowes Shipping P&L Work alongside cross-functional collaborative teams to support high value clients Deliver a high level of accuracy in your work practicing urgency and discipline Identify and support existing and growing Marketplaces
Your Background:As the Head of Marketplace Client Success , you have: 10+ years experience working with high-value enterprise clients A comprehensive understanding of company processes and procedures specific to Marketplace, SaaS, Shipping, and eCommerce functions Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills Highly effective communication skills
