Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently to ensure all spaces are clean and well-maintained.
• Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, waxing, and polishing to maintain appearance and safety.
• Handle carpet cleaning using appropriate techniques and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and responding to feedback promptly.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Experience in housekeeping or custodial services preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and equipment operation.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering clean and safe environments.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Familiarity with floor care techniques and carpet cleaning methods is a plus.
• Previous or residential cleaning is advantageous but not mandatory.
