Position: HR Coordinator Location: Gray Line of Tennessee - Dickerson Pike, Nashville, TN Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Salary: $55,000 annually

Position Summary: The HR Coordinator will support day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This position plays a critical role in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and maintaining HR compliance. Youll serve as a key point of contact for employees while ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data accuracy

  • Assist with benefits administration and employee enrollment

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures

  • Support employee engagement and recognition initiatives

  • Assist with compliance tracking and documentation (e.g., DOT, EEO, I-9s)

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department and management as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of HR experience preferred

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR software (experience with Paylocity or similar systems a plus)

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally

  • High school diploma or GED required; associates or bachelors degree in HR or related field preferred
