About the jobAs a Manager, Research & Deals Analyst, LatAm your primary responsibility will be to conduct in-depth research and analysis of streaming data together with airplay and social media performance to identify high-potential talent, assess artist growth and audience engagement, and evaluate song performance to enhance our understanding of emerging music metrics.
This is a role offering the opportunity to help drive our strategy as well as overall improve and innovate our Deal Evaluation process and continue to build a future for creators!
Must have excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills in both English and Spanish. Experience working with streaming or research data analytics in A&R preferred. A creative vision with a deep love of music & artist development, producers and songwriters & trends as well as an understanding of the music landscape desired.
