Are you customer service focused? We want you! Rapidly growing Podiatry clinic in Katy searching for a compassionate customer service focused administrative assistant.

MEDICAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED. Individuals with backgrounds in dental offices or the hospitality industry will be fully considered. BILINGUAL PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED.

The ideal candidate will be able to answer phones in a friendly fashion, check voicemails, return phone calls, greet patients with a smile, schedule appointments, check patients in and out using EHR, and process and collect payments in a firm but friendly manner.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English PREFERRED
• 3 or more years of customer-service oriented work required
• High level of organization
• HS Diploma
• Some college preferred
• Team player that shows up to work motivated and ready to work towards a common goal of providing excellent patient care
• Professional representation of practice
• Supports company mission, vision, values, and culture
• Provides patient centric focus
• Carries out tasks in an efficient and timely manner
• Assists management with other duties as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
