Spanish a major plus but not required. Job mainly consists of releasing impounded cars to their owners, answering phone for impounded vehicles, answering phone for regular dispatch calls and other office duties.

Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that support the daily operations of our office. The Office Clerk will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism.
  • Answer phone calls with proper phone etiquette, directing calls as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems for documents and records to ensure easy retrieval.
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments and meetings for staff as needed.
  • Provide customer support by addressing client questions and concerns promptly.
  • Utilize Towbook for basic accounting tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance customer service experiences.

Experience

  • Previous experience in an office environment is preferred, particularly in roles involving customer service or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with basic office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers) and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
